Surrounded by water in the seaport city of Saint John, New Brunswick, I am often drawn to the changing skies and waterways in the region’s seaside and rivers, and the emotions they evoke. This is the sixth painting I have done of the view from my own backyard, overlooking the Brothers Islands on the Kennebecasis River.
