Oil on canvas, 8”x 10.75”

Following a series of watercolours of uptown Saint John, New Brunswick, this painting translates the same subject and style into my first original oil painting. While some may consider the cracked sidewalk to be a sign of neglect, I believe it reflects Saint John’s character in contrast to the building’s traditionally beautiful brick facade.
