After moving to the seaport city of Saint John, New Brunswick in 2015, my husband and I learned to sail and began exploring the region’s waterways. This is a scene I captured on a trip upriver past Long Reach, on the St. John River. The bright yellow fields along the shore caught my eye as we quietly sailed past.
